VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place in the cellars in Magliano in steel vats at a controlled temperature. Fermentation and maceration take 15 – 20 days.
REFINEMENT: The wine is refined for 8 months in second-use “barriques” and “tonneaux” of French oak, in the cellars in Montepulciano.
